  1. Get 1/2 tuber yam medium
  2. Take 1 cup shredded smoked chicken
  3. Get 1/2 cup dry oporo
  4. Make ready 2 knorr cube
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp crayfish grounded
  6. Prepare 8 habanero pepper
  7. Make ready 1 onion
  8. Take 2 cksp palm oil
  9. Make ready 2 cups diced scent leaf
Instructions to make Porridge Yam (Asaro):
  1. Peel yam, cube it, wash and set aside; wash and shred Pepper roughly and set aside; wash oporo and soak then set aside
  2. Heats up yam allow its cook, once its almost soft, add smoked chicken, oporo, pepper, onion, salt, knorr then allow it cook for another 5 minutes
  3. Add palm oil, cover pot and allow it cook on low heat for about 4 minutes
  4. Add scent leaf, stir and turn off heat and serve
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
