Wash the 2 raw chicken breasts under the cold water tap,place in a Plastic Container with Lid - add One tablespoon of Smoked Paprika,One tablespoon of Ground White Pepper,One tablespoon Coarse Sea Salt and One tablespoon of the dried Herb of Oregano,add the 2 cup measurements of Greek Yoghurt,stir - and then marinate,allow too rest in the Fridge for 4 hours.

Preheat Electric Deep Fat Fryer to either the 180 Mark or the maximum of 190,did do mine at the 180 Mark,take the metal basket out.Fill a large Plastic Sandwich Bag with flour,add One tablespoon of Smoked Paprika too the flour and then add the One tablespoon of Table Salt - mix altogether within the bag.
  3. Add marinated chicken breasts to the seasoned flour within the bag and then place into the very hot Vegetable Oil - quickly do the other marinated chicken breast and then add that too the hot Vegetable Oil as well.Takes roughly between 5 and 10 minutes too deep fry and then the cooked fried chicken needs to be rested for 10 minutes,before you can ideally eat them.
  4. During the resting period of the cooked fried chicken - you need too at least register a meat thermometer temperature of 165,is difficult to get a accurate reading whilst the fried chicken is still in the Electric Deep Fat Fryer,if fried chicken is not done enough,then it needs to go back into the hot Vegetable Oil too fry a little bit longer,or could cook it off a bit longer in a non-stick Wok without the extra Cooking Oil.
