1. Preheat the oven 170°C add Butter all over the chicken and black cracked pepper.
2. Next add the sage n onion stuffing in a bowl add 1/2 Cup boiling water. And mix
3. Peel and dice an apple and add to the stuffing mix. Then add the onion and black pepper.
4. Stuff the chicken inside and push as much stuffing inside then with a piece of string tie the legs across together to close up the chicken.
5. Add to the oven but covered with silver foil for 40 minutes. After that time take off the tin foil take it out of the oven and with a spoon take out the stuffing mix add to an oven dish and add back to the oven to make it a little crisp with the chicken and add back to the oven for 5 - 10 minutes turn heat up to 200°C.
6. Serve with a share of stuffing.
