- Boil chicken & shred.
- Sautée onion in butter. Then add shredded chicken, seasonings, nacho cheese, chilis & tomato juice. Cook for 7 mins.
- Now place 1/2 your chicken mix in a oven safe dish, layer on top 3 flour tortillas ripped up into medium size pieces. Then layer onto the tortillas a 1/2 cup cheese. Repeat the 2nd layer with the rest of the chicken, then tortillas & the cheese again. DO NOT START YOUR LAYERS WITH THE TORTILLAS ON THE BOTTOM BECAUSE THEY WILL STICK
- Bake at 350° until cheese melts. When finished garnish with diced roma tomatoes, olives & sour cream…ENJOY! 😉
