Instructions to make Chicken stew(not kienyeji):
- Put 2tbsp of oil in cooking pot, add the chicken followed by 2tsp pf ginger garlic paste, squeez half of the lemon juice to the kitchen, add some black pepper then mix well and let it cook for two minutes
- Add some salt, 2tsp of royco, 1/2 tsp tumeric then mix well
- Add 4tbsp pf yoghurt and 2 tbsp pf tomatoe paste
- Mix and let your chicken cook for 5 minutes
- Add the chopped coriander, mix well, cover the chicken and let it cook under low heat to your satisfaction.
- Finally squeeze in the remaining half of the lemon and let the chicken to cook for a minute of two.
- Your chicken is now ready to serve with whichever accompaniment you prefer
