  12. Take 1/2 tablespoons Potato Starch / Corn Starch Flour *mixed with 1 tablespoon Water
Instructions to make Healthy Chicken & Tofu Burgers:
  1. Combine all ingredients well in a bowl. Roll mixture into balls. Flatten slightly. *Note: You may add other finely chopped vegetables and mushrooms.
  2. Heat small amount of Oil in a frying pan and cook until golden and cooked though.
  3. Place Dashi, Soy Sauce and Mirin in a saucepan and bring it to the boil. Mix Potato Starch with Water and gradually add to the sauce, stirring, until the sauce thickens.
  4. Enjoy with plenty of veggies and mushrooms.
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
