6. Add the soup and 2 cups of your shredded cheese (I use cheddar but any cheese you like will work) and mix everything together.
7. Sprinkle the rest of your cheese over the top of the casserole and cover with foil.
8. Bake at 350°F for 20 min until the rice is soft and the chicken is fully cooked.
