Saute for 30 seconds and mix it with vegetables and continue to stir fry for another 2 minutes. Vegetables should be crunchy.
- Now add in stir fried chicken, cooked noodles, and prepared sauce mixture and stir fry for 2 minutes. Check for seasoning, adjust salt and pepper powder as per taste. Add chopped spring onion greens and mix well until everything is incorporated together.
- Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with spring onion greens. Chicken and vegetable stir-fry Noodles is ready to be served hot.
